We're thrilled to offer free shipping on all orders! If you need your JUMBO ASSIST in a hurry, we also offer express shipping an additional fee; please contact us for express post. All orders are posted from Sydney Location.

Shipping Time Frames within Australia (via Australia POST)

Same State (NSW): 2 - 5 Business Days
Interstate (Metro to Metro): 3 - 6 Business Days
Regional/Remote: up to 10 Business days

Handling Time frames

All orders will typically be dispatched within 1-2 business days from our warehouse, and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be inspected for quality before dispatched and are shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit.
