Warranty

We want you to love your Jump Starter.

If you have purchased directly with JUMBO ASSIST, we offer a manufacturer's warranty on our jump starters found to be defective within 1 year, which is valid from the date of the original purchase with the receipt. Furthermore, for your peace of mind, we offer a 3months warranty on Air compressor accessories. If you find your product is defective please send an email to contact@jumboassist.com.au.


Exchange

If the product you have received fails to operate or has some defects as a result of workmanship or material during the warranty period, JUMBO ASSIST will replace the item at JUMBO ASSIST expense. The replaced unit will carry the warranty period of the unit that was bought initially.

Other than manufacturing defects, the exchange of products to different models or specifications will be made at the buyer’s cost should the product be in its original packaging and not used. Once the product is being used and is in working condition, an exchange cannot be made.

Warranty to Original Consumer Buyer

The warranty on the JUMBO ASSIST product only applies to the original buyers and therefore, any other subsequent owner will not have the warranty transferred.

Damages and Issues 

We suggest you inspect the product after receiving it to check if there are any damages either by courier or have any sort of defects. If there is a problem, please contact us at contact@jumboassist.com.au and we will assist you with the issue.

Exclusions

JUMBO ASSIST warranty applies to manufacturing defects; therefore, the warranty does not cover below

  • Product has physical damage due to misuse, modification, or accident
  • The product has been attempted to open and repair
  • The product has been bought as second hand from somewhere

Return

JUMBO ASSIST offers a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. Customers are responsible for organizing the return at your own cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@jumboassist.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once the returned item is received, we will initiate the refund process.
